Milad Persian Bistro

Nestled in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, within the historic fine art corridor of Santa Fe, NM, Milad Bistro brings authentic middle eastern cuisine to the American southwest. Traditional Persian dishes such as Kashk-e-bademjan, Kabob koobideh, and Ab Goosht are counterbalanced by modern interpretations such as Fesunjoon Flatbread and Beet Falafel. The setting, an old adobe home remodeled and curated by Chef and owner Neema Sadeghi, softly blurs the aesthetic lines between old world and new. The atmosphere is cozy, singular, and welcoming.

A casual atmosphere with the service and attention to detail of fine dining; a comfortable dining experience in a tight space; and a creative, innovative menu that is true to its roots.

The service at Milad’s was excellent — our meal was nicely paced, including time to linger after lunch.

It’s comfortably dark and cozy, a sexy place to sit down for an extended conversation over a glass of wine and a series of small plates.
